bits are bits : BBC's Flexible, Open Source TV

According to the piece by Mark Pesce, BBC has started down the road towards "peer casting" with its Flexible TV.

THe platform uses BitTorrent, a p2p 'anti-leeching' software-- the more you share, the faster your download will happed.
